features medical experts who are skilled at using state-of-the-art
equipment to uncover a potential heart problem or accurately diagnose
a crisis condition. Our new Heart Institute is
designed to provide both emergency and maintenance diagnostic
patients, and our Emergency
Department is home to equipment and physicians who specialize in
urgent cardiac diagnostics.
We can provide the following diagnostic services in our new, high-tech

- Blood work, including the latest in cardiac markers
- Cardiac catheterization
- Cardiac Magnetic Resonant Imaging (MRI)
- Cardiac stress testing
- Echocardiography, including two-dimensional echo, color Doppler, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and stress echo
- Electrocardiograms
- Electrophysiology, including tilt table testing
- Holter monitoring
- Non-invasive vascular tests, including arterial and venous Doppler of the carotid arteries and veins and arteries of the arms and legs
- Nuclear cardiology, including treadmill or pharmacological stress testing with imaging
- Peripheral vascular angiography
- Signal average EKGs
