Many have received training at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute for Cancer Care and Chemotherapy Administration.

Care for Returning Home
Before leaving the hospital, patients and their caregivers meet with a case management team that include a dedicated oncology social worker and a registered nurse. They help coordinate services needed after leaving the hospital, provided in conjunction with the University of Pittsburgh-Jefferson Regional Medical Center Home Health Agency or other home health agencies of choice.
Hospice and Palliative Care
Hospice and Palliative Care can be arranged through the Palliative Patient and Family Support Service office. We can provide referrals for both inpatient and outpatient Hospice Care.
