Mary Mylo Promoted to Associate Quality Executive at Jefferson Regional Medical Center

John J. Dempster, president and CEO of Jefferson Regional Medical Center, announced the promotion of Mary Mylo, RN, BSN, MPM, to Associate Quality Executive. She previously was the Director of Performance Improvement at Jefferson Regional.
In her new role, she will oversee Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, Infection Control, Risk Management and licensure survey preparedness and support. Mylo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1975 and a Master’s Degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 1993.
With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, she has a broad clinical and administrative background, including experience as a Chief Nurse and Vice President of Patient Care Services at Forbes Regional Hospital, Patient Care Manager at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and as a Manager at Arthur Andersen responsible for directing clinical transformation projects.
