Free Cancer Support Group Helps Patients and Families Cope

Jefferson Regional Medical Center sponsors a free Cancer Support Group each month in association with the Cancer Caring Center. This group is open to all adult patients and their loved ones to help them cope effectively with the emotional impact of the diagnosis of cancer.

Whether it is a new diagnosis, a recurrence, or a patient in remission that wants ongoing support, this group will meet the needs of the patients and their loved ones who attend.

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month in the J Café vending area of the hospital from 7 to 8:30 p.m. To register for this free group, call our Community Programs line at 412-469-7100
