Kind words and thoughts can brighten a friend or loved one's day and with our FREE online form, you can send a postcard to a patient quickly and easily, from anywhere in the world.

Simply fill in the fields and submit your message below. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.  Cards are printed each weekday morning and delivered by one of our volunteers.
