Support Groups can offer you a stable environment for both education and sharing your personal experience. The following programs hold meetings at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Wednesdays, 8 p.m. J-Cafe, Jefferson Regional Medical Center Caregiver Support Group Discussion group open to caregivers including relatives and friends of caregivers. Topics deal with support issues, burnout and stress.
