The Spectrum - Jefferson Regional Med. Ctr.
The SpectrumSM is a six-week Highmark Preventative Program that offers a personalized approach to a healthy way of eating, managing stress, exercising and being socially connected. This program is based on the research of Dr. Dean Ornish. More information about the Spectrum Program.
