Highmark's Dr. Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease at Jefferson Regional is a year-long program combining stress management, exercise, group support and nutrition to slow or reverse the progression of coronary artery disease.  More Information about the Dr. Dean Ornish Program.

Sessions begin:
June 18 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and run Tuesdays and Thursdays for a year.
