Daily Steps to Less Stress - Jefferson Hills
Daily Steps to Less Stress is a six-week Highmark preventative group-based program that is an interactive wellness and lifestyle improvement program designed to identify and reduce personal stress through practical relaxation techniques and innovative stress management strategies. It is educational, experiential and actionable and is offered in a group-based setting. It teaches concepts such as "Take 20" minutes every day for personal enjoyment; the high value of "Humor Therapy;" and "Creating the Art of Calm" by identifying go-to sensory experiences that release endorphins. January 21 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
April 8 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
