Bereavement Group- Coping with the Holidays

Everyone is welcome to attend this free session in which we will help people learn how to cope with the loss of a loved-one during the holiday season.  Participants will learn techniques for coping and visit with others who share their sense of grief.  Light refreshments will be provided to participants.
