Health Council
The Community Health Council is a group of local leaders who serve as our ambassadors at community events, with civic organizations, and at council meetings. Members are selected from fourteen different communities served by Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
The Community Health Council sponsors two major annual events:
- a poster contest for students in our community schools
- a "Community Recognition Night" event for local government officials, legislators, police, fire, and EMS representatives.
The Community Health Council helps keep Jefferson Regional Medical Center better connected to our neighbors.
