Mark Davis, licensed nutritionist and registered dietitian, will answer questions about nutrition, the Dr. Dean Ornish program and Highmark preventive programs such as Eat Well for Life and The Spectrum.

Construction continues for Jefferson Regional Medical Center’s newly expanded surgical facility at the campus in Jefferson Hills. The community is invited to tour the facility and meet some of the medical staff at an Open House scheduled Saturday, March 10, from 1 to 4 p.m. Free parking will be provided in the Bibro Pavilion lot.
