HOPE takes a comprehensive look at bone health and osteoporosis prevention through a combination of educational lectures, self-study, goal setting components, experiential activities and group exercise.
Daily Steps to Less Stress is a six-week Highmark preventative group-based program that is an interactive wellness and lifestyle improvement program designed to identify and reduce personal stress through practical relaxation techniques and innovative stress management strategies. It is educational, experiential and actionable and is offered in a group-based setting.

Mark Davis, licensed nutritionist and registered dietitian at Jefferson Regional Medical Center will discuss the benefits of whole foods and juicing. The United States is a nation that is overfed and under nourished due to a nutritionally depleted food supply. Mark will explain how we can get our nutrients back!! He will share tasty recipies and answer any nutrition questions that you have.
